On December 12, 2007, Times² will begin its Open Enrollment period with two public informational meetings in the school gymnasium.  Kindergarten through Grade 5 will take place at 4:00 p.m. and Grade 6 though 12 will be at 5:30 p.m.  Each meeting will explain the application and admissions process for those specific grades.  Immediately following each session the 2008 – 2009 applications will be available for distribution.

Our Open Enrollment period will extend from December 12, 2007 through March 14, 2008 for eligibility into our lotteries.  Applications received after March 14^th will be placed in a Wait List pool.

The only grades where there will be seats available next year are Kindergarten and Grade 6.  If you are applying for Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, or 11, you are applying for a Wait List position only.  Available seats in these grades are based on our current student retention.  As students leave, they open opportunities for those students on our wait lists. 

Our Wait Lists are created by lotteries.  The Grades’ 1-5 and 7-11 lotteries will take place on March 26^th.    Applicants will be notified shortly thereafter of their position on the Wait List for their respective grades.

The second lotteries will take place on April 2, 2008, filling the anticipated 48 seats in our Kindergarten and the 20 seats in Grade 6.  Applicants will be invited to attend the public lotteries.  Official notification of the results will also be mailed out to participants following the lotteries.

Wait List Status is only good for the academic year applied for according to the rules and regulations of the League of Charter Schools.  Therefore, if your child is not placed at Times² the year you applied, you must reapply for subsequent years.
